Cheryl
Blazej, Managing Partner of Blazej Accounting, received
her Bachelor of Business Administration from National University
in Irvine, California in 1989. While obtaining her degree she was
employed with Unisys Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst,
starting in the Western Region then moving in 1990 to the Southern
Region. After many years of progressive accounting assignments she
was promoted to Senior Analyst. Following her career at Unisys
Corporation, Cheryl went on to become a Financial Analyst at the
world headquarters of UPS in the International Strategic Cost
department. Following her work at UPS, Cheryl went to small and
medium sized businesses working at all accounting levels and
culminating to her roll as Director of Finance & Accounting for a
recruiting firm located in the John's Creek area of
Alpharetta/Suwanee/Duluth.
After much consideration of the shortage of options available to
small businesses, Cheryl decided to write her own path to entrepreneurship.
With this, Blazej Accounting was born. The goal? Assisting small to
medium sized businesses with their accounting and administrative
needs.
Otis Grant is our Marketing Manager. He is expanding our
customer base by assisting with marketing campaigns,
networking with small to medium sized businesses, and
educating the public about our firm. Otis attended Michigan
State University, was a member of the Los Angeles Rams
and the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1980’s and went on to various
careers in customer service before joining Blazej Accounting.
Christine H. McHenry, C.P.A. specializes in Quickbooks
training and CFO services for Blazej Accounting as well as having her
own CPA business. She graduated from Oglethorpe University with a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and obtained her C.P.A. license in
1997. Prior to joining Blazej Accounting, Christine worked
for Turner Broadcasting Systems, Cartoon Network, and TNT, as well as
a CPA firm specializing in tax consultation and retirement plan
consulting and administration.
Donna Kizer became part of the team as an Accountant.
She is the "go to" person for QuickBooks
support services and QuickBooks data entry. Donna received her BSBA Degree in Marketing from East
Carolina University. Her primary goal is to oversee
Quickbooks data entry, ensure quality customer service and market and grow the company.
Albanie Campbell started with Blazej Accounting in
February 2010. Working with Donna and Cheryl, she'll be reviewing
our clients' General Ledger, assisting with Journal Entries, and
preparing the monthly management reports for the clients. Albanie is
attending Kennesaw State University and will be graduating with a a
Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in May 2010.
Vernitra Hilton is our Accounting Intern. She recently received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance and is currently finishing an Accounting degree at Georgia State University. She has had the pleasure of participating in several great programs that facilitate her learning and expands her knowledge beyond a simple textbook learning.
Sandee Callaway is a native of Atlanta, and graduated from Oglethorpe University with a BBA in accounting. She worked in the accounting field for 10 years before becoming a stay at home mom. As her daughters entered school, Sandee worked as an independent contractor for a local CPA firm. Lauren will attend UGA in the fall and daughter Anna will be a sophomore in High School.
Alli Mclane serves as our Office Manager. While in college she worked as a personal assistant for Fleetsource U.S.A. taking care of administrative duties, scheduling, and finances. After graduating in 2005 from Gainesville State University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration she became a stay at home mother, and later returned to work in the medical field.
